Order & Payment

Step 1
Browse through our collections and if you see anything that you would like to order, email us at londonrack(a)gmail.com*. Please state:
1. The item you wish to order, eg. Cath Kidston Notting Hill Rose Day Bag.
2. Your name
3. Your contact number
4. Your full address
5. Your preferred payment method, ie credit card payment (via PayPal) or bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB or HSBC bank accounts. 

Step 2
We will reply your email confirming the availability of the item(s), your order and any relevant details. We will provide you with the payment details in order for you to make your payment. Please allow us 2-3 days to process your order.

Step 3
Make your payment within 3 days of the date of our email confirming your order and email us proof of the bank transfer (ref. no) and your bank account name. Please note that if you do not make the payment within the time period stated, we reserve the right to cancel your order and any deposit will be forfeited.

Step 4
Once we receive your full payment we will proceed to ship your order. We will email you with your tracking number so you may track your item. Shipping to Malaysia will take between 2 to 3 weeks.
