Q: Are all items sold by LONDONRACK 100% authentic?

A: Yes, ALL items offered by LONDONRACK are 100% authentic and brand new. We do not sell any fake or imitation products. We proudly stand behind the authenticity of our products. LONDONRACK is NOT an authorized dealer or agent of any of the designers whose products are offered on this site. LONDONRACK is not, and does not claim to be, an authorized dealer of any brand advertised on this website nor do any of these brands endorse or participate in this site.


Q: Is LONDONRACK an authorized dealer or agent of any of the designers whose goods are offered on this site?

A: LONDONRACK is NOT and does not claim to be, an authorized dealer of any brand advertised on our website nor do any of these brands endorse or participate in this website.


Q: How often is new merchandise posted to the site?

A: New items are stocked weekly and are updated on LONDONRACK soonest possible. So if you don't find anything that suits your fancy, do return again! You wouldn't want to miss out on a great deal!


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept credit card payment via PayPal and also payment via bank transfer to our Maybank, CIMB or HSBC bank accounts. 


Q: Does LONDONRACK ship internationally?

A: No. Currently we only ship directly to Malaysia. LONDONRACK offers FREE International Delivery to Malaysia. However, customs fees, duty and other third party fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as LONDONRACK has no control over the customs duties imposed by Malaysian customs.


Q: May I reserve an item?

A: No, sorry. If you think that you want a certain item, please order it ASAP as it may be gone. Once an item has been ordered, it is marked "SOLD OUT" on our site and will remain this way until the relevant buyer receives the order safely. However, if there is a problem with payment, the "SOLD OUT" tag may come off of the item and it may be available for purchase again. This is unlikely but it may happen. If you have missed out on an item, please email us and let us know. We may be able to restock the item for you, however the price may or may not differ from that advertised earlier.


Q: If an item I wish to purchase is not on LONDONRACK, may I pre-order the item?

A: Absolutely. We would be more than happy to be your personal shopper. Please email LONDONRACK on the item(s) you wish to purchase and we will quote you the final price of the item, including any service fees chargeable or shipping costs.
Please take note that pre-order items require 70% deposit. Once we receive your 70% deposit for the item, we will proceed to purchase it for you. When the item arrives to us, we will inform you to make payment for the remainder of the FULL price before we can ship the item to you. Full payment has to be made within 5 days from date of our email to you notifying that we have received the item. Failure to make the full payment of the price within the 5 day period will entitle LONDONRACK the right to cancel your order and your deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
